CSU School of Dentistry

2009 NSW Master Builders Excellence in Construction Award

CSU School of Dentistry was the winner in the 2009 NSW Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards in the category of Tertiary Buildings in the range $10M - $25M.

The CSU dentistry has a lot of exposed structural steel and is an example of the advantages that RWI can provide the client in the form of in house detailing and an eye for perfection.

The new School of Dentistry building at the Wagga Wagga campus of Charles Sturt University topped half of the project categories in the latest Steel Design Awards for NSW and ACT.

The awards are organised every two years by the nation's peak body representing the complete local steel supply chain the Australian Steel Institute (ASI), the winners of which go on to vie for national honours to be announced in Canberra this September.

2012 ASI NATIONAL STEEL DESIGN AWARD

CSU School of Dentistry project won for Buildings - Large Projects and was equal winner in the Steel Clad Structures category.

Borambola Sport and Recreation Conference Room

2008 MBA Master Builders Excellence in Construction Award

Borambola Sport and Recreation Conference Room was the winner in the 2008 MBA Master Builders Excellence in Construction Awards Regional builder in the category Best Use of Steel. This building also won a public architecture award from the Royal Australian Institute of Architects. RWI worked very closely with the architect and builder on this project to ensure perfect integration of the various building materials.
